We are now offical TOUGH MUDDERS! Devin and I ran the 12 mile, 25 obstacle course with 14 other guys from our crossfit gym. We had the time of our lives! I could have done without the artic tub of green ooze and I know the guys didn't care for the electric wires we had to run through. Besides those two obstacles it was a great race!

After the Fiesta Bowl Parade Devin got called out on a work call. Next to his work was a big open parking lot and the airport. We kept trying to get pictures of the kids right in front of the planes but it never worked. Brody actually found a scorpion under the rocks.

Our hotel had hills right outside the door so the kids decided to play here all morning. We drove later that day to snowbowl and found it was still closed so we were happy we spent so much time on the hotel's hills.

The kids were shocked how warm the snow cave actually was. It was so windy outside that the cave kept them warmer.

The kids were getting very impatient waiting for dad and I to get ready so that they could go eat in the hotel. Eating breakfast at the hotel is always one of the highlights of their trip. They love that you can choose from so many options and get as much as you want.

While Devin was in Indiana for work he picked up gift cards to Dave and Busters for Gage's B-day. Devin was only home for the day and had to fly back to Indiana for two more weeks. We had a wonderful day playing as a family.

The only thing that could have made it better is if Briana and her family were with us. We were right up the street from their old house. We've never been to California and not spent time with the Stephen's family so it was hard for us.

On our way home from Utah we ended up missing our turn off and took a road that lead us up through a ski resort where we saw beavers, deer, skunks, and the most the beautiful views. It added a little bit more time to our trip but we were so glad we saw it all.

The kids were entertained for hours each day by taking the sledge hammer and breaking Josh's wood into smaller pieces for the fire. I can't believe we made it out with out any injuries.

Every morning and evening the kids would build a fire in Heather's backyard. They always stunk of smoke and were as dirty as can be but they were in heaven. Anytime we had to leave or come in the house, the boys would pee on the fire to put it out. We were so proud!!

We had a blast at Lagoon! I didn't get any pictures though because I didn't want to carry my camera around on all of the rides. April was great and snapped a few shots for us. We have to thank Grandma because she spent the day with those that didn't want to go on the bigger rides. The younger kids had a great time with her and loved every minute. We had a great time being able to ride all the fun rides without sitting out. I couldn't believe how the younger kids all loved the big scary rides. There was a few I had to go on just to show I could hang with the five year olds.

We were so hot we had to get something to cool us down. We stopped by Macey's to get their Kong Cones! Tyson and Kaden were the only ones who were able to finish all of their ice cream. We couldn't believe it only cost $1.25 for the Kong Cone. We wish we had access to the Kong Cones in Arizona at that price.

After hiking the Y we took the kids to the park in front of the Provo temple and ate pizza. We got to watch all the missionaries play volleyball and football.
